Marina
Welcome - we're glad you visited us!
Marina Del Sol is a marina centric private living community located within League City's boundaries. League City, a boaters paradise, is famous for its hospitality, comfortable living and old world charm and has been designated one of the 100 best small cities in the USA. It is rich in amenities - boating, fishing, golf courses, restaurants and bars. And has a unique historic district which includes one of the prettiest parks in Texas.
Marina Del Sol was built in stages from the mid-1980s and is almost complete. The 190 fee simple homes that make up Marina Del Sol were designed and built by different builders and there are two custom home gated sections closer to the water. For the most part, the main section of the development was built by Imperial Homes. The community is set in its own well maintained grounds, has a small park and abuts a successful and well managed marina.
Marina Del Sol is accessed from Marina Bay Drive (FM2094). People who live here represent a wide range of ages, backgrounds and interests. There are families with young children, empty nesters and a number of young folks.
