Marina Del Sol has an active and successful Homeowners Association. It is governed by an elected Board of Directors (operating within the boundaries of the recorded governing documents) which meets monthly (see calendar). All homeowners can attend the monthly Board Meeting which deals with the mechanics of the association, and specifically setting policy, dealing with issues, budgeting & financial matters and progressing the many improvement projects that are continuously underway.

The Homeowners Association annual fee for 2009 is $550, which covers:

- Overall Property Management
- Common area repairs
- The Park
- Landscaping and maintenance
- Lighting
- Liaison with League City and other key bodies
- Architectural Control
